Every new Swate fishing product is covered by a Limited Original Owner 2 Year Warranty by CSWW, Inc., (the “Company”).   Company warrants Swate fishing products to be free of defects in manufacturing and workmanship for the 2 year period beginning on the date of original purchase.  This limited warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of any Swate product, This limited warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod, reel or other Swate fishing product only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the Swate product. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Swate product.  While this limited warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights, the original purchaser may also have other rights that vary from state to state.  For example, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Company reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Swate product covered by this limited warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.

Company reserves the right to repair or to replace a Swate rod and/or Swate reel for a warranty fee of $50.00 on rods and reels, and reserves the right to make that determination. If the rod breaks because of a defect in workmanship or materials during the 2 year limited warranty period, then Swate will replace or repair the Swate rod and/or Swate reel for no charge (other than shipping charges if needed to be shipped back to Swate).

Swate fishing rods, reels or other products are warrantied to be to be free of defects in manufacturing and workmanship for the 2 year period beginning on the date of original purchase. Each rod found to be defective, upon review by the Company, will be replaced at no cost to the original purchaser outside of shipping costs. Freight to return a defective rod, reel or other product will be borne by the customer, and freight to return a new rod will be borne by Company. This rod replacement will be limited to only one replacement rod.  Any damage deemed to be caused by the customer will not be eligible for this warranty replacement policy.
