The Mad Crankenist series rods are for the crank bait throwing hucksters out there who must have their crank game conquered. Named after Mr. Keri Pantera himself the MC sticks use our MC Hybrid Glass blanks which is a proprietary blend of glass and carbon– and other stuff. They also feature our favorite Kigan style hook keeper and black frame titanium oxide ring guides.
Our newest MC creation is our 6’10” Medium Light/Moderate Spinning rod. Yes you heard that right, a spinning rod with the soul of a crankin stick! The buttery smooth hybrid composite blank is perfect for slinging small Rapala’s in the springtime, but really its a great utility player for just about any other moving bait you like to throw. Don’t count it out for a great live bait rod as well…but more on that later.
